Mentoring our youth…we thrive better together.

“It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are.”

Getting youth and their parents the resources they need is possible. Let’s do this together.

Our leadership team brings years of experience to bear on one of the greatest challenges of our time: Our physical, mental, emotional and relational health. We use practical tools, are results driven, and our facilitators have a record of previous successes.

Ready to take a supportive step?

This is a movement of thousands.

Whether you’re most comfortable contributing time to help achieve our advocacy goals, money to help us grow, or energy and inspiration to help us make a larger impact, we need you on our team.

Parenting is typically learned by example. Learning what we do not know helps us meet our children where they are.

When we can all be met where we are, we can start to reach for where we want to go. Human connection is based on attachment which has different styles. The gift is that we can learn how to meet people deeply and intimately with simple practices, in the present moment, with a calm nervous system. We begin to accept those parts of ourselves that we may be in conflict with. We show up better for all others in our lives. We parent better and our children feel and know us better.

“Children learn about the nature of the world from their family. They learn about power and about justice, about peace and about compassion within the family. Whether we oppress or liberate our children in our relationships with them will determine whether they grow up to oppress and be oppressed or to liberate and be liberated.”

— Desmond Tutu

“Everyone’s well being is community business. If we made that a point, we’d understand that for the times when we need help, we wouldn’t have to look around so hard, if we made sure we were somebody else’s help.”
